The apartment is located in a new house at the address: 30 Anna Akhmatova Street. The house is new, with a clean entrance, modern elevators and a concierge. The house has a minimarket, where there is everything you need, from food to toothpaste. There are several cafes where you can have breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

In our house there is a branch of Privatbank and an exchange office. There is also much more useful and necessary for living, and all this is on the first two floors, from the facade of the house. In the courtyard of the house there is parking and a playground. There is even a medical center where you can get the necessary medical care. Our apartment has a high level of comfort, a home environment is created, perfect cleanliness, very warm and comfortable. All necessary utensils are provided. Available linen, towels, disposable packaged slippers, toilet paper, soap, napkins, tea, sugar, etc. Bed linen and towels are washed at high temperature and must be ironed with steam. There is a refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, washing machine, air conditioning , boiler, hair dryer, TV. WIFI is free. For a comfortable stay there are dark curtains. The apartment is located in the new district of Poznyaki and has excellent transport interchange. Boryspil Airport is a 20-minute drive, and the nearest metro station is a 10-minute walk. The city center is 6 metro stops or 20 minutes by car. Our district is young, modern, with good infrastructure - round-the-clock supermarkets, shopping centers, the River-Mall entertainment complex, cinemas, sports clubs, beauty salons, and bank branches. The rules of our house: The time of eviction - until 12-00. Check-in time is from 14-00. If necessary, change the time - as much as possible. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. Key deposit 500 UAH. We are always happy to welcome guests and will do our best to make your stay with us comfortable and problem-free.
