The apartment has modern renovation, all appliances: plasma TV, refrigerator, washing machine, stove. Crockery and bed linen are provided. Double bed and double sofa bed. When arriving, documents are required to arrange a short-term lease. In the case of renting a day or three for security purposes, two rights are required to establish a document with PHOTOGRAPHS or a ticket.
We provide accounting documents for business travelers for accounting is paid separately. The deposit at departure is returned in cases of refusal of an apartment due to the fault of the client. The reservation is not refundable.
