Comfortable, spacious apartment is located close to the railway station. The location allows quickly and easy reach the historic center of the city (by bus 20 minutes), the beach and Arcadia (modern entertainment center with many nightclubs). There are many shops, a shopping center, restaurants, cafes, beauty salons, a cinema, a children's entertainment center "Igroland" near the place.

The apartment has two separate rooms and a kitchen-studio. The apartment is equipped with everything necessary that allows guests feel themselves at home: refrigerator, stove, microwave, air conditioning, TV, internet, cable channels, washing machine, hair dryer, iron. Guests are also provided with towels, linens, kitchen utensils. Cleaning is done once before the arrival of guests. Photos are real without photoshop.
