2km room (4 people) in a cottage on the 2nd floor with a balcony. Description: - two isolated rooms with a double bed in one room (20 sq.m) and two single in the second room (12 sq.m). - separate entrance to the room (without neighbors on the floor); - shower room with toilet; - comfortable eco-furniture made of wood; - air conditioning; - TV; - autonomous heating and hot water; - balcony with mountain view; - minimalistic, relaxing interior; - Wi-fi.

For families with small children we offer cots. Near the guest house, in the courtyard, there is a barbecue and two cozy kitchens, gazebos (10 sq.m and 16 sq.m.) In the kitchens: - refrigerator; - gas stove; - washing; - table for cooking; - cupboards with kitchen utensils; - dining tables and chairs. According to our observations, up to 60% of the time our guests enjoy spending time in the summer kitchen-gazebo. And this is not surprising! Pure Yalta air perfectly affects the appetite and general mood. The courtyard, in the shade of fruit trees, protects from the summer heat and offers relaxation, which goes well with the traditional preparation of barbecue and tasting of aromatic Crimean wines. Location: - Pirogovskaya street (rn stadium “Vanguard”); - Yalta embankment and "Seaside beach" - 1000 m. or 15-20 minutes. walk on flat terrain through the "Pioneer Park" and Pushkin Alley. - Near a grocery store, food shops, a Crimean wine company shop, cafe, playground and park. Cars park directly on Pirogovskaya St. If necessary, you can use the guarded paid round-the-clock parking 100 meters from the house. PUD supermarket, market and 2 dining rooms are located in 2 public transport stops or 10 minutes. on foot. Thanks to the convenient transport interchange (there is a trolleybus and minibus stop nearby) you can easily get to any point in the city by public transport.
